Career Assessment Tools

Assessments can be a way to go about your career exploration. It’s recommended that you take different assessments and compare results to gain a better understanding of who you are. Most importantly, share these results with your career success team so they can help you make decisions and set goals.

Below is a list of free assessments to consider. Online assessment tools range from personality tests to inventories of your skills, interests, and values. Each can provide useful insight about careers and alert you to possibilities you may not have considered at Moravian. It’s important to know that assessments are not for everyone and are not one-size-fits-all. A member of your career success team can help you decide which assessments are best for you!

: The Hot Careers Lehigh Valley Dashboard includes major job sectors in the Lehigh Valley economy, with the purpose of helping students and job seekers understand what in-demand career opportunities exist here.
